- 10 to 15 Questions
- Have the following types of Questions

 1)  at least  2 Structured or Fixed Response Questions
 2)   at least 2 Rating Questions (agree, disagree, satisfied , not satisified, )
 3)   at least 1 Ranking Questions
 4)  No more than 3 open ended questions.

Classify your questions into the following categories, make sure you have at least 2 for each category.

 1)  Who Are They (the person taking the survey)
 2)  Government Satisfaction
 3) Voting (habits, past history, will they?
 4)  Presidential Qualifications
 5)  Personal Thoughts on Current Events and other issues

Voting Survey Creating Questions Assignment

Directions: create a 15 question survey to interview people about the elections.  The class will vote on the 5 required questions, and then each person can choose the other 10 to 15 questions.
